Industry Showcase & Panel

August 6, 2026 from 6-8PM EST live on ZOOM

This is the first time at DWAS where we've attached a full industry panel to a live showcase. Our actors perform cinematic scenes and receive direct, on-camera feedback from four talent agents, two talent manager, and two casting directors. Then the floor opens for an Industry panal followed by a live Q&A where you ask the people who actually make the decisions what they're really looking for. Representation is scounting, and students get seen and heard.​

• What casting directors are looking for in the audition room and on self-tapes.

• What producers and directors expect from professional actors on set.

• Current industry trends and practical advice for actors pursuing television and film careers.

• Live Q&A with participating actors.
